Indiara FAZOLO

Indiara Fazolo holds a Master 2 in Human Rights from Paris Nanterre University and a Master 2 in Public Law from the Universidade Federal do Paraná in Brazil. Over the course of her career, she has developed particular expertise in business and family immigration law.

Before founding her firm, which advises individuals and businesses on their plans to settle in France, she spent several years working as an immigration law specialist in the non-profit sector.

Indiara Fazolo is an experienced French immigration lawyer with particular expertise in OQTF proceedings (Obligations to Leave French Territory), among the most technical and urgent forms of immigration litigation.
